Hello Doctor , My TRIGLYCERIDES is 221 , What should be the reason and Do I need to consult doctor for this ? or you can suggest anything to lower the TRIGLYCERIDEs ?

Sir, on 13.02.18, I had painless bleeding through anus (appx. 50 ml) for which I got treatment and it was only one time issue. I am having severe acidity / gastric problems. I had health check up on 17.02.18, in which I was found Vit D deficient (6.38) and my Vit B12 was 138.00. No other major issues found. My concern is: What may be the reason for one time bleeding? Is it a sign of some major illness? Please guide. Thanks.

I dont have fever but wideal test is showing that i have thyfpid. I want to go for full thyfoid test as wideal test is insufficiant and mostly is in correct although my doctor told me go for it and it indicated that i have thyfoid. I am under medication. Please let me know which test should i do.

Hi, I have had a tetanus shot 1 year ago. I recently fell down and got a small abrasive wound on my elbow on a sandy field. However, I had cleaned the wound well with soap and put on boroline. The wound is swollen, red and a bit painful. It's not unbearable. Do I need a tetanus shot again?
