Which doctor to consult for armpit lumps? its not really under arm, its maybe 5/6 cm below it and its not visible on the skin. It was a little painful and i took antibiotics as doctor prescribed. its 2 weeks later and pain is gone but the lump is still there. what do i do?

Is there any plan which includes complete body checkup so that I could know where my body stand, if yes could you please let me know the place where i can get my checked up completely.

A month ago I think I had a heat stroke.I had a temperature over 39°C,which lasted for two days.It didn't go down.Plus headaches,shivers.My friend, a doctor confirmed,I had thermoplegia.However, it's been repeating.Four more times.Second and third time: temperature 39°C, headache, shivers.Fourth time: headache, shivers, I only measured temperature later and it was above 37°Clast night I started having a headache and had a temperature.other problem sleeplessness, body pain,lost appetite.
