It’s a common problem amongst people residing in metropolitan cities. Avoid exposure to dust as far as possible. Avoid sitting in air conditioned rooms for long. Sipping hot water or hot beverage and steam inhalation gives symptomatic relief. If the symptoms worsen u could start anti histaminics
