Hi, my wife suffering from cold and mild fever and there is change is voice but no throat pain or cough

I RECENTLY HAD MY VITAMIN D CHKD AND IT WAS BELOW 10..I AM SUFFERING FROM HEADACHE PLUS DROWSINESS..I HAVE STARTED TAKING VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT I JUST WANTED TO KNOW ARE THESE SYMPTOMS DUE TO VITAMIN DEFFiCENCY

I have problem weekness and bp low 65 and high is 121 i am feeling very stress and hot air is coming from my mouth and nose but dont have fever

I have got pain in right knee, inner side. Did not fall or any physical activity or prior condition. Pain started all of a sudden and inner side where the two knees touch each other if joined. Can't move leg in few directions. Able to walk but pains. Pain while lifting up leg.

I have pain in the back of my thighs and in my calves, since last 15-20days. Initially i used to expereince the pain only for 1-2hours from the time of waking up but since 3days im experiencing the pain almost all the time

Is it worrisome? Any precautions?

My wife 54 years old is having blood test results as under:- T3=1.05,T4=9.4 and TSH=7.43.She is not diabetic.Suggest me. She is talking Thyrox-25 mg. After test result as a bove it was increased to 50 mg.She has hair fall problem and pain in legs.
