Hemoglobin low 6.8 for 47 male,
I am 47 year healthy male, was suffering from piles for a year & had been bleeding almost everday. Been feeling weak, tired also sleepy. At times get palpitations Blood tests reports are Hemoglobin 6.8 PCV 25.1 MCV 62.4 MCH 16.4 MCH C 26.3 RDW--SD 38.8 RDW--CV 17.7 Platelet count 420 PCT 0.42 Monocytes absolute count 0.15 25OH Vitamin D 6.59 Iron less than 15 Transferrin Saturation low at 3.02 Calcium 8.02 What medicines & diet do I take? Is it worrisome? Any precautions?
