Hello my triglycerides is 47 amd hdl is 74 ( as per range should be less den 60) Is it good? Should I be worried for my low triglycerides

Incidentally neither of these parameters should be less than 60 . Triglycerides should be less than 100 and HDL should be more than 45. So your parameters are within normal limits. Not to worry.

In biochemistry levels you mentioned as triglycerides is 47 and HDL 74 ,Both Levels are quite normal only . You don’t worry about the levels . HDL levels above 80 is abnormal . Triglycerides lower levels are good for health .
