Flu

For a year or two, I have been suffering from burn in esophagus. During sleeps it feels that food is getting from the stomach up to the mouth, and a burn in throat occurs. Apart from that, swallowing the first bite of food starts the burn. This gets worse if overeating happens. I have cut the tea consumptions as I used to take a lot. And try to have a balanced diet , but still, a good deal of breakfast can start this.

Im on DOTS medication since 2.5 months and Initially I was feeling better but since last 1 months developed cold, cough and 99 fever. Also done AFB sputum shows negative and no sign of lung involvement in X-Ray only pleural thickening is there. How to get relax from cold, cough and fever? Am I leading to worst stage of TB? Its already 2.5 months.

My grandfather all of a sudden has got severely swollen feet since a month or two. He recently has changed his seating to chair at the office. He has been sitting crossed leg though for years. We speculated the change in sitting is the culprit. But someone advised us to get a cardiac check and see a nephrologist as well. What should we do now ?

Our domesticated dog (1 year old beagle), who has received all the vaccinations from his vet, has bit on my wife's thumb. The thumb nail broke and it was bleeding. Should it be a concern for vaccination against the dog bite? For the cure of the wound, I cleaned the wound with Dettol followed by smearing betadine ointment and covered by cotton bandage. Is the vaccination required?
