Flu

I have pain in the left side of my lower back which sometimes radiates down to the left thigh. I have started practising Yoga but the pain worsens the next day after Yoga. I faced this issue about a year ago as well. It was very severe that time and I had to get an MRI done. The report was normal and the pain subsided by itself after a month. Now it seems to be coming back. I have had NO injuries or accidents. Are there any precautions and natural remedies for this? Can I continue with Yoga? I'm trying to lose weight and want to get into a good exercise routine. But the pain is preventing me from doing so. Any advice in this regard will be very helpful. Thank you.
