Like a week ago I’ve noticed a lot of white bumps between my butt cheecks. A few days later they turned into sore and crater lookin. They are very painful when I walk or sit down and be itchy at time. They also leak a little . They are on my upper thigh a little also

In January I had a boil went to walk in clinic got a rochephine shot and bactrim. Two weeks later got an enlarged bile duct. With it had nausea vomiting 102 temp severe leg pain. But again since past week she got high tinnitus and to verify , we tested her b12 count at thyrocare and the value is 1428 , which has drastic change in the duration of 5 months. Please suggest if this is possible to increase like this or will the report be wrong? If correct, what will be the cause and impacts with high b12? She also had too much of crane berry juice last couple of weeks along with antibiotics to treat urinary track infection. Please suggest

My platelets count is 1.5 lakh.eosinophil s count is 12%.Platelet count is decreasing evry month as eosinophil count is decreasing.I have chest pain.Endoscopy and colonoscopy is normal.Recently doctor has diagnosed Fibromyalgia.But i am feeling breathlessness.What can be the reason?
