Drastic change in B12 levels
My mother had tinnitus and giddiness since some time and 5 months back when doctor tested for B12, the value was 214 , due to which he gave 5 rejunuron injection like weekly once and all the symptoms got reduced and she became normal. But again since past week she got high tinnitus and to verify , we tested her b12 count at thyrocare and the value is 1428 , which has drastic change in the duration of 5 months. Please suggest if this is possible to increase like this or will the report be wrong? If correct, what will be the cause and impacts with high b12? She also had too much of crane berry juice last couple of weeks along with antibiotics to treat urinary track infection.

The injection was not required.the.level.of vit b12 in your mother's case is not very low.stop the medication.consult an ent surgeon for hearing loss.she might or might not need a hearing aid..Trust the ent surgeon. All the best.
