Flu

I having a body pain and joints pain. Also eye burning sensation from last two days. I am feeling so tired . please suggest what should I do .

I have been severe headache since yesterday today I'm also feeling pain in my right ear.feeling fatigue ,sleepy and restlessness.

I have been having fever since 7 days in night. 102-103°. Abdomane pain...Cough....Red rash.

I had tb pluritis... Comlete 6month dots properly last week.. Now i have dry cough since past few days sometime very thin sputus yellow colour...i had cold few weeks ago... It seems during cough tht passage in throat became narrow and gharad gharad sound in throat while taking and releasing deep breath...but soothes after cough is over..is it something alarming

Lately i haven't been feeling like myself. I get really light headed, shortness of breath, pressure in my upper body and nauseous. I could be talking and feel shortness of breath and lightheaded to the point I feel like fainting. Feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen.
