Eye Care & Problems

I'm a 16 year old female and recently I got tear trough/hollow eyes. I have 8 hours of sleep every night so that Is not an issue. This problem is seen in old people. I'm really concerned. I also had mild diarrhea almost a month ago. I don't know if that is the reason because when I had diarrhea in my early teens I did not get tear trough. Is there any way to fix this without fillers/surgery? Is it reversible? I want a natural way of fixing this.
