I'm an it employee ,due to screen light my eyes are paining and becoming red ,I want to wear glasses and I checked with doctor my eye sight is weak so can you please suggest me can I wear blue ray glasses or anti glare glasses, which one is best and good for eyes.

If you spend too much time on computers then go for blue cut lenses as they are supposed to prevent eyes from the harmful blue rays (nothing proven though)
