Watery eyes due to screen time & light
My eyes gets watery due to staring at screen for long time and also when i see the light for long time , whats the reason and how it will be cure whats the solution for this

Could be dry eye issue. You can use lubricating eye drop. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. To consult sos

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
