I have been suffering from acute conjunctivitis with deep red in both eyes, swelling and water discharge for last 8 days - have taken Moxiflox eye drop and Predisone eye drops to no result. Doctor says it is viral while other says it is allergic or bacterial - am confused and blood test suggests no bacterial infection - what to do? What is the disease and why is the medicine

Hello Doctor, My friend is suffering from eye flu from past two days. Today, she found difficulty in opening her eye.  She doesn't know how to cure her. Please suggest some remedy that may help.

In May I had a disturbance in my left eye, like some dust particle got stuck type feeling, only when I look up. No problem in vision, no redness or blurr ness and doctor had told me to take genteal lubricant eye drops and after using it had gone. Now today I feel the same thing in the same eye. What should can it be? Is it anything serious?

I have -4.5 power. What should I do to correct it? And is it not possible to correct myopia if the power is -6?

Hello, my eyes don't feel fresh even after 7-8 hours of sleep and my eyes feel strained because of the lights at my office. I use anti glare glasses while working (which help quite a lot). I keep the blue rays of my phone blocked always. I don't have caffeine at least 8 hours prior to my sleep time. I have enough water throughout the day. I have a fixed schedule for sleeping (more or less). I don't have alcohol. I work out daily for at least half hour. I have got my eye sight checked and that's also okay. Is this eye fatigue? If yes, how do I cure it?

I see floaters in bubble shape and curls and it is more in numbers.. i visited to my doctor she said to ignore that but to be cautious on these floaters.. That time my retina was weak but it was fine.. i have a computer based job which causes strese.. can it b the reason for floaters?

Hi Doctor, I went through a vision test today and found out having a 0.25 power in the right eye, the left eye has perfect eyesight. I don't have problem viewing distant objects in general but only when I am in a class sitting at the back and concentrating on what's written on the white board. Should I start wearing glasses ? And if yes whether all the time or only in the class ? Will my left eye also get affected with time ? Please find attached the results of the eye test. Thank You

2yrs before kerosen which was mix with greese went into my eye. N from that day pain and burning started 6 month continue i feel burning sensation.now burning sensation has stop but whwnever i put water in that eye it start to burn for whole day.i still feel some foreign particles in it but there is no  particle.i shown to dr but they said it cannot be cure.pls suggest something.

Hi i have undergone prk surgery 15days back and i have severe acne prblm and i have advised to take isotroin 10mg tablet every night after dinner. Is it okay to intake isotroin tablet or else will it effect my eyes? Please advise

From past three months there is a small floating brown particle in my right eye. It gets more visible when I see white screen. Is there any way to clear this floater? It's really annoying me. I wear spectacles with +4.0 on my right eye.
