Hi I'm 18 male. Today an eyelash got inside my eye and when I tried to take it out it slided down inside the eye. Will it ever come out ? What to do? I'm worried.

Hi myself Pooja I'm 23 years old I'm wearing contact lenses from last 8 years , my left eye power is -7.50 and right power is -1.25 , since last month my left eye is turning red only on the sides I'm not getting any itchiness or irritation but it turns out red I'm using cifran eye drop after I use that for 3 days redness goes of but again now after 2 weeks my eyes got red only left eye so is there any other drops I can use kindly suggest me , As I'm working from home I'm always near the screen for 8 to 10 hours daily
