Post covid I'm having some issues in my body like headache in evening ,pain in eyes and sometimes sudden blurry vision . I'm also having swelling on my face . Kindly suggest what should I do.

Doctor, I Had Small White Spots in Cornea Due To Viral Keratoconjunctivitis. I've Used "Hylo Gel" For 7-10 Months For The Spots. Then, My Doctor Told Me That Many Spots Are Faint. Is The Spots Fainting Process Can Create/Develop/Form New SCAR Or SCAR TISSUE in My Cornea? I'm Begging Your Response, Doc. So, Please Response.

One Of The Practo's Doctor Told Me That The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates Leaves With Scar. Now, Here I'm Confiused! Would He Wanted To Mean That The Some Small White Spots Can Remain Or Would He Wanted To Mean That The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates Will Create/Develop Another New Permanent Corneal Scar?
