In Nov 2020 I have issue with optic neuritis,took steroid till Jan 7 2021 stopped using taping as suggested by doctor. After 4 days once again faced same issue then took steroid injection and detected mog antibodies positive, taking steroids using tablet form till now 30 mg , now as per doctor suggestion need to tapping and stopped. My question how can I easily identify it something goes wrong ? First time it was both eyes and second time only left eye , second time after stopping steroid I observe slightly dark spot in left eyes means some dark spot is there what I feel . Please help me how to identify easily so that avoid steroid injection. If all goes good then no issue

One of my friend has taken 2injections in eye for Macular Edema. His next visit with Doctor is very soon. Since Covid cases are increasing and 18+ Covid Vaccination will begin. He wants to know whether it is safe to take Covid Vaccine now? Notes: 1. He isn't taking any tablets as of now for Macular Edema 2. He might need to take Third injection of Rezmub in eye in his next visit based on the test results

Doctor, I Had Keratoconjunctivitis. Due To This, Small White Spots Appeared in My Cornea. Doctor Prescribed Me To Use A Lubricant Eye Gel Called "Hylo Gel" And I Have Used It Approximately For 7-10 Months And After This, My Doctor Told Me That Many Spots Are Faint Now. He Told Me To Continue The Drop And Also Told Me That The Spots Will Go Away But It Will Take Time. Doctor Wrote It As "L/E Stromal Opacity" in Diagnosis Section. I Have Also Take A Second Opinion But The Second Doctor Also Told Me The Same Thing And He Also Diagnosed Me With The Same "L/E Stromal Opacity". Now, I Have Some Query About This Spots. 1) Will The Spots Be Healed/Fainted/Disappeared by WOUND HEALING Process? 2) Doctor Told Me That Many Of The Spots Are Faint Now. Is It A Good Sign? 3) Does SCAR TISSUE FORMATION in Cornea (Within Healing/After Healing Time Of A Disease/Problem) Only Happen When The Disease/Problem Be Heal in WOUND HEALING Process Only? Please Ans, Doc!!!

Is convergence inefficiency will give a headache from morning to till I sleep? I am having a heavy head entire day and doctor told me that I have convergence inefficiency. I am doing a pencil pushups from 2 months but no improvement. How I will fix it?? Is prism glasses will fix this ? If yes then from where shoud I order prism glasses?

Doctor, In Yesterday Evening, I Was Washed My Face And Drying It With Towel. Accedently, The Towel Poked My Eye. The Poking Speed Was Not Too High And There Was No Vision Problem Or Eye Irritations in My Left Eye Yesterday. But, From Today Morning, I'm Blaming That My Left Eye's Vision is Blurry (I'm Not Confirm Whether The Vision is Blurry Or Not, I'm Suspecting That My Vision is Blurry Because I'm Panicked About The Pock by The Towel). Now, If The Pock by Towel Effect My Vision Or My Eye, Will Any Opthalmologist Be Able To Understand This? Please Answer!!!

When Cleaning the toilet harpic accidentally goes into the eye.the patient washed his eyes thoroughly nd put drop of rose water.now he is better.but some redness is there .anything else he should do?

However, From Doubting, After 3-4 Months,I Went To Another Doc.The Second Doc Has Slit Lamp With Him.He Diagnosed Me With "L/E Stromal Keratitis" by Slit Lamp Examination. He Also Told Me That Small White Spots Appeared in My Cornea.For The Spots, He Prescribed Me A Lubricant Gel Called "Hylo Gel" And Also Prescribed Me Some Drops For The Stromal Keratitis. However, I Was Used The Gel Approximately For 7-10 Months And After 1 Year,I Went To The Same Second Opthalmologist (Who Was Diagnosed Me With Stromal Keratitis And Small White Spots in Cornea).Then He Told Me That Many Of The Spots Are Faint And He Wrote This Spot As "L/E Stromal Opacity" in The Diagnosis Section. Now,If There Has Scar Due To Stromal Keratitis With The Small White Spots,Will Any Eye Doc Be Able To Understand It? And Will The Scar (Due To Stromal Keratits)Be Visible With Naked Eye? Pls Ans.

Now, I Have Some Queries About This. 1) Is The Practo's Doctor Statement - "As A Healing Process, The Spots Will Go Into Forming Scar" Correct? 2) Is The Fainting/Disappearing/Healing Process  Of The Spots Will Form New Scar Tissue in My Cornea? 3) If The Spots Healing/Fainting/Disappearing Process Can't Form/Develop/Create New Scar Tissue in Cornea, Then Why Corneal Ulcer Healing Process Form/Develop/Create New Scar Tissue in Cornea? Please Answer All Of The Questions Doctor. Your Response is A Big Blessing For Me.

However, Now I Have Some Query About The Spots. 1) How Will The Spots Heals? Will The Spots Heal by Creating New Scar Tissue in Cornea With The Help Of Fibrosis (Like Corneal Ulcer)? 2) In The Spots Healing/Fainting/Disappearing Process, Will Fibrosis Interfere in The Healing Process? Pls Ans.
