Having red eyes from last one week, earlier it was left eye only now red eye also started and feeling iching

Hi doc. I'm 19 male. My right eye pains and water comes out frequently. What to do? And if there's something stuck can eyedrops flush it out?

I am feeling pain and itching below my eyelid and once its appear to be swallon. Please guide me if it is anything serious

In the morning I felt below my eyelids corner itching and pain. Once I saw it in the mirror I found a muscles swollen in the both eyes below eyelid.

Corner of my left eye have turned red recently. Is it something serious? I think it might be due to excessive computer usage. What should I do?

Constantly itching in both eyes with lot of irritation. Redness in eyes also. Inside eyelid a small lesion kind of pimple is also visible, but m not sure if it's a pimple or its normal.

Having a pain around the eye & eye lids of right eye , head ache on the right side and slightly swelling on the right eye's lower lid. These are happening after 2 hours of getting a hard slap on the left side

Actually I have the habit of wearing sunglasses ( brown) most of the day time and i feel strain in my eyes and eyes are like  verysmall open in day light and it's create a headache sometimes and i feel the half of the eye is only open but in the mirror I see my eyes are fully open and big so i dont know what is going on and basically whats the problem is?
