Eye power not adjusting
I recently got eyes checked for power. It increased in both eyes from -2 to -3 cylindrical.
The person said he is also adding spherical number of +0.5 to both eyes to relax eyes muscles.
Can I go for spectecals without spherical number or it will be difficult to adjust to new cylindrical power without spherical power along with it.
Please advice.

We need to correct cylinder power and it usually takes few days to get adapted for new power for Neuro adaptation for new glasses
Please check duchome test by seeing red and green and cylinder power is necessary for both distance and near

We don't usually expect a sudden change/increase in eye power at your age.
If you have got it verified by an Ophthalmologist then ok. Else please visit a doctor, we should put drops, dilate your eyes and recheck the power.
Make your glasses only after dilated eye examination.
