Is Naphazoline (0.1% w/v)+ Chlorpheniramine Maleate (0.01% w/v)+ Methylcellulose (0.2% w/v) good for allergic eyes, and can we use it for long term if i am having eye allergies.

Eyes pain happen in several time, when it's Happened just stand by an entire day or another half day, we have consulted & checked up with many doctors & eye-clinic, we have visited at Susrut Eye Foundation & Research Centre, there the Dr. suggest us that it's not a problem of vision, so consult with a ENT specialist, Then we had visited Dr. Debasish Sanyal (ENT) (Howrah), after his treatment the problem is under controled in few days, and now arround after 2 yrs the same problem is come back again, but in this pandemic situation we shouldn't consulting with Dr. Debasish Sanyal (Howrah), Pls suggest.
