How to eliminate eye allergy and floaters because this leads to destruction in day to day work . Taking treatment from opthalmologist from 8 years but without eye drops i can't live

1)patient is facing flashes of light while looking at distant objects,specially when exposed to day light(frequently) (when he is moving his head a bit)... 2)But when at home while reading or writing no such problem is occurring 3)He is facing this problem from past two weeks.... He had cataract surgery in that eye only,in the year 2019. 4)He has used ranicol yesterday (night) and is feeling a bit better

My son right eye corner side is turned in to red color.and some times it is showing normal .some times changed in to red color
