Hello Team, My mom's left is slightly redish. She few years back had a catract surgery. I have given her fee drops of carboxyl methyl cellulose solution which she normally takes. What could be the cause and could this be a symptom of black fungus?

Eye pics would be helpful.Any other symptoms.Systemic medicines she takes.Any history of COVID ? Any history of sinus or allergies? Continue with fresh lubricating drops.Review if symptomatically not better.

Does she has pain and sweeeling in affected eye ?
Swelling in nasal area(nose) , facial pain ?
if not then the cause may allergic
