May be due to excessive eye strain...limit your screen time...constant usage of screen may lead to such redness of eyes so please stay away from screen for 1-2 days,use lubricating eyedrops...get proper sleep to give your eyes proper rest if you have been having issues with sleeping lately,hydrate yourself properly

Redness might be due to over straining with more screen time and also due to sleeplessness.If it is associated with watering ,discharge or itching then it can some infection or allergy.Need to consult online or offline for further evaluation and proper treatment
