As rightly answered, floaters can be cause for concern. If not already done, get a detailed retina evaluation. If you've been advised only softdrops and nevanac, then no need to worry. It only means you need some mild medications.
Next Steps
Be patient and floaters shall stop troubling you soon. Even if they persist, don't bother unless the number increases

Floaters are usually nonpathological and you will have to learn to omit them. Since you have consulted an ophthalmologist It means your retina is ok then you need not to worry.

If your eye doctor has examined you after dilating your pupils and declared your retina as normal, stop worrying about the floaters. They may come and go and may last for months or years. Learn to ignore them. Drops will not help. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai

Flotters are very common and harmless unless affecting your vision..... Nevanac will reduce the sympomes but they are absolutely not going to vanish ..... tear drops are to treat the associated dry eye or to provide lubrication will make to see you more comfortable
