How and from where do I buy spectacles of thinner glasses for higher power (i.e. -10 under ₹3000)???

Got a new LED TV last week. Even if I watch the TV for 30 minutes, it's causing eye irritation (dry eyes, itching, etc). I adjusted the settings of TV picture display, but the issue persists. I am working in IT sector, and used to work on laptop continuously for hours together, but this has never caused eye irritation. I even use my mobile for long time, but never had issue with that as well. I have been watching web series and movies contntinuously on mobile and laptop but this also never caused any issue. Should I stop watching TV in that case, or please suggest what should I do?

My left eye vision changed from 6/6 to 6/9. Should I get new spectacles? Cylindrical and spherical powers are same as in earlier prescription.

I discovered a very faint black spot in my white eye region  some time ago though I don't find it growing it in size . Is this a symptom of any serious disorder?what shld I do?

When I look at the sky or at plain background on a sunny days, I see white dots moving in zig zag lines moving and disappearing and then other white dots replacing them. Is this normal?

I had covid in April now in starting of June I started to have fogginess in left eye for some seconds about 4 or 5 and when I blink it goes away I wear spectacles but my number has not increased... I have been to eye specialist but they are saying due to dryness or may be due to hot weather... I have been suffering from this for like one and a half month

I have short sight issue around 2.25 power spectacles wearing during driving and night times. However frm recently I have started feeling dizziness while driving wearing the specs, especially on speed tracks. I hav got to knw that it can happen due to binocular dysfunction. So I had re-tested power and changed lenses. However I hav still faced same issues in long drives. And I noticed if I drive without glasses there was no issue. Kindly assist me is there any treatnmet for same ? Or if I go for laser treatment of eyes like LASIK, would that fix binocular dysfunction as well or that will create issues after lasik?

Hey as u see in picture. My Sclera is swollen, last night i was nothing but in morning this happened. This was happened last month too. After that my eye remains red many times in a day , after observing all day it remains red around the black eye ball. And full red sometimes. It also occur Headache sometimes , and feel like fire exact behind the eye in head. It Also Ejects Water From Eye. Help Me
