When I Have go to Anyway During Sunny Day. I Felt Pain in My Eyes & During Riding Bike Tears Coming for my Eyes. Eyes Colour Change in White to Red.

Hi, It could be due to  dryness. You can use eye drop teardrops 3 times a day. Use helmet with visor / glasses while riding bike.
