Refresh Tears instead of Flogel

I am a Software Engineer and I have dry eyes. I consulted a doctor on Practo and he advised me to use Flogel 1% 4 times a day. The medical store had only Refresh Tears. Should I take these drops or should I go for Flogel only? If I can use Refresh Tears, should there be a difference in the number of times I should use it?

Can using castor oil for eyelash affect iop? I have pretty scanty lashes since beginning and castor oil seems to help. However in my last eye checkup I had an high iop of 26. Further tests showed no effects on the optic nerve and hence my ophthalmologist asked me to forget about it. Can I use castor oil though?

Hi doctor, My husband has redness in eyes, both the eyes for almost 15 days, which is visible if we closely see. The blood vessels seem to be more visible and more in number.
