My 3 month old baby has a white glow(like a dot)on her sclera. It's seen mostly in dim light and when she turns towards her left side.may I know if it's normal?

Sir My left eye lightly pained from. yesterday evening. I start tears droppes yesterday. My right leg joint fractured and replaced with ball surgery 3 weeks back. so iam unable to go eye chek up for some more time because walker moment and residing upstirs. l am Bp and sugar patient used for bp m/nebicard 5mg, n/cilakar10mg, Zita   pluus 20 mg m/n each one. They are controle. Kindly suggest me medicationp for relief. Than q.

I have fully vaccinated. After 3,days doctor advised me steroid drop.. I felt some of drops entered my throat Will it effect whole body?? Is it possible all times Should I worry about vaccine efficacy please answer me?

My eyes feel very dry and tight and stressful with strain. can I use carboxymethylcellulose eye drops like eco tears, Aqualube ,etc..are they safe to use? How many times can I use them
