What happens if during lasik instead of -1, -2 cylindrical power is corrected ? How will it afftect the vision ?

With modern Laser machines, such an over correction is very unlikely to happen. Even in the untoward event of that happening, you would have to wait for atleast 3-6 months for your power to stabilise and recheck on whether any re correction is advisable for you.
Next Steps
Normally post LASIK, 3-6 months of time is required for the healing process to complete fully. Only once this done will your vision be completely good.
