Hello Team, My Eyes prescription says I need cylindrical glass not the sphere one. I understand the meaning of +/- Spherical glass--> It could be Farsightdness OR Nearsightdness. But What is the meaning of +/- Cylindrical glass.  My Right eye is -3 Cylinder & left is -2.75 Cylinder. In case of sphere i can say i have nearsight or farsight glasses if someone ask but what should i say in case of cylindrical thats what i want to know Please share this Knowledge transfer. I am working in IT so long hours before screen , so I get sometimes eye irritation, trouble in concentration, eye strain , blurred vision etc. therefore , buying a computer glasses which reflects blue light emitted from screens will solve the above mentioned problems or is that just a myth?. Pls help.

I am having continuous pain in my eyes since I started wearing bifocal glasses.  sometimes also get pain in the head at certain points.
