What is the recommended dosage of Moximaz D eye drops? How many drops and how many times in a day? Please reply.

My son, a 16-year-old boy, has lazy eye in the right eye. He wears spectacles.  Yesterday when he told he was having uncomfortable in reading, we took him for eye checkup and they said he has now developed cataract dyssymmetry. What is this problem, how it can be solved. Please help

He can see before 6 months.Now he has no vision. Totally bind. He can reliefs from any surgery or by any process?

Checked my refractive power too, it's fine as well. What should be done to fully cure from the situation?
