Swollen from the tear duct

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I've been experiencing pain around my eye area for about 3 days, my eyes were also itching a lot and it felt like something is in there, I used irivisc eye drop but nothing helped. This morning the area which was hurting was swollen. Any help please?
