Pain, itching and swelling of eye

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Sir,my upper eyelid has become swollen, itchy, and painful. The pain started from the inner corner of the upper eyelid as marked (near the tear duct), and there was no insect bite, injury, or foreign body entering the eye. What should I do now?
