So i had a cold last week. So mostly i was lying in bed and didn't moisturised my face for many days. The whether is also cold and dry so i felt my face tightening with dryness. Yesterday i saw redness and weird dry patchy kind of skin around my eyes. So i immediately applied moisturiser but after applying it my was burning also. Today i applied coconut oil around the eye but i could still feel the dryness and tightness of thr skin. Also i am having problem with seeing clearly. I am having blurry vision mostly for for far sighted things. Since my eye is feeling heavy i am not able to open it fully naturally. Also Rashes is on my eyelids also and it is somewhat swollen. Will it go away with using moisturiser? And is my blurry vision happening due to this rash ?

With -5D myopia what are the chances of retinal detachment? And what should I do to avoid it? Plz help

I have High myopia of - 5 D in both eyes. I want to know if I can Do normal rope jumping exercise daily or not.? Does it increase possibility of Retinal detachment?

I have High myopia of - 6D. What are the things to do to avoid Retinal detachment in future? Is there any pre symptoms of retinal detachment?

I am using contact lenses from last two months. Although , i don't have any issue but I have had consultation for my specs power which is -3 both eyes. I didn't have any consultation for contact lenses power. Is it okay to go for same power for both specs and contact lenses or any difference should be there? Please guide.

My left upper eyelid keeps pulsating quite often. It's been 6 months now. It happens every day for few minutes and then stops and happens again but every single day it happens. Though it's not creating any issues, I just want to make sure that it's nothing to worry.

Sometimes I am feeling some internal movement below skin present just below of eye. I am using gua-sha,I think I have applied more pressure while massaging with it. I am afraid some internal tissue has been damaged or what? While there is no redness or puffiness on this area it's normal. What can be done (medicine)to overcome come this as this is making me feel uncomfortable sometimes.

Hello Doctors, I was diagnosed with Keratoconous few years back. I am planning to undergo C3R. Would request few clarification:. 1) As it a non invasive procedure, can patient get discharged on same day? 2) How many days does it take to heal and when one can start working on computers normally? 3) Post C3R, whether ICL is efficient to get clear vision or implanting contact lenses will? I recently went to eye check up and discovered that I have Keratoconus and even power of - 4 couldn't correct my vision in left eye. The doctor there advised me c3r with corneal Transplant, if I wanted to correct my vision. So, I went to another one, as I got scared a little bit, the other doctor suggested me tprk + kxl for my left eye and said to observe the progression in right eye, as it was not advanced. My parents suggested me another doctor and there I was told that there's no need for c3r and I should wait 3 months to see the progression, as it stops around age 24 in many cases and that my corneal thickness was ok and after three months they'd suggest whether to wear lenses to correct my vision or to go for c3r. I'm a little confused regarding this, can keratoconus still happen after c3r? Should I really wait for 3 months? Isn't it better to get the surgery as soon as possible done? If not how long should I wait to see if there's progression or not. What are the precautions?
