It may take some time to adjust to new glasses especially cylindrical power... Try to take frequent breaks while working on computer Follow 20.20.20 rule i. e. After every 20 min of work on computer look at any object at 20 feet distance for 20 sec Drink lots of water If blurring of vision persists, get your power checked once again

Headache is because of using screen for a long time. To avoid this 1. Use anti glare glasses 2. Take a rest after 20 min for 20 sec and look at 20 feet 3. Cold compression 4. Consult medicine doctor for headache if not getting relieve by doing all this 5. Proper light illumination

The adaptation period can vary from 7-14 days, meanwhile use glasses regularly despite headaches. If it persists even after 2 weeks please consult with your ophthalmologist
