Myopia spectacles
I have myopia, my optometrist prescribed me a new power of -2.75 Diopters in right eye and -2.5 Diopters in left eye, but I am wearing spectacles with power the power of -2.25 Diopters in the right eye and -2.00 Diopters in the left eye and i can see the chart with little less clarity with one eye closed but with both eyes open i can see very clearly. So is my power the spectacle one or the new one prescribed by the optometrist?

Don’t go for over correction. Use your previous glasses if no problem is occurring with it.
Next Steps
Get retinoscopy done before changing glasses.

If you have blurred vision when you see with one eye at a time, then you need to change the glasses.
