Itching in eye

I at certain times get iching in my eye which results in swallowing of lower lid of my eye as you can see in my picture. Please suggest what to do?

Red patch below eyelid

There is a red patch below my eyelids it is there for more than 10 years..quite like stye it pains sometimes and also causes immflamation of eyelids and then the inflammation gets cured by itself after a day or so. The itchy feeling and a slight pain stays for ever. A severe pain in lids is experienced after waking up.
