I had a retinal detachment surgery 6 yrs back and should i lift weights in gym and if yes what is the limit

I m facing problem after or at the time of reading book. Feeling stress in forehead and between both eye. Also feeling stress in eye. There is no problem of no. Please suggest me solution.

I had herpes zoster two weeks back. I consulted dermatologist and took medicines. I got rashes on one side of the body (neck and shoulders) rashes got cleared almost. This morning i noticed that i'm able to twitch only one eye. (Got rashes in left side and I'm not able to twitch the left eye) i read in the after effects of zoster stating that person can be effected by herpes opthalmicus and can loose vision as well. Please let me know if this is related to this. I'm worried.

AFTER 2-3 Hours of concentrated work done I feel irritation in both eyes.I tried lubricants like tears plus..but their is no such relif please suggest me what to do
