My son poked his finger in my eye. It's red and hurting badly. Will it heal or do I need to go see a doctor. Should I take pain Killer

I see black dot whenever see, in my left eye. I have been wearing specs for 6 years. The vision power in the left eye gradually decreasing. I could feel it.When i focused on seeing an object, the right eye lies with the object and left eye ball slightly moves other side of the object(the people told me this) . I don't know how its been called.I doubt this might be a reason for the appearance of black dot. I have this problem for about 5 years. I have diagnosed for it before 2 years the doctors told its possible to cure it through eye exercises and later they told that i should under go an operation. But i didn't go for an operation. Now i fear that i might loss my vision power. Suggest me what i should do??

Hi doctor Frequently when i wake up in the morning it starts pain/ache in my whole shoulder to head and eyes it is just becoming unbearable. Does not happen every day but when happens i feel ache in my head and shoulder throughout the day.

I have cylindrical powers [left:--7 and right:--4.5] myopia and recently applied for railway job which has eye test 6/12 vision without glass , so please recommend me after getting lasik done will i be able to see 6/12 letters during med exam , Please clear my confusion and let me know if i could pass the exam . And today I don't have a eye pain but my left head part is aching since morning. Took disprin but it worked for couple hours and now the pain is very much. I can't tolerate.
