Hi Doctors, My friend is suffering from MG and her only symptom is droopy eye lid on the right eye. It looks prominent when she is tired or tensed. Apart from this she is healthy n strong. I would like to know if there will be other symptoms in the future? And also is it curable? If so, how long does it take?. She has eye sight and so she uses contact lens. Will there be any problem because of using contact lens?

My dad underwent catract for his left eye. Doctor did the normal process and we opted for the imported lens. My father was okay post operation but very next day when he went for the check up they checked the eye pressure after this he started getting blur vision now the vision is completely gone. He can see only shadow. Doctors are treating him but they are not giving us any hope on the vision. All we were told is that he has got high inflammation and they are treating him. But they are not willing to promise on getting his vision back. Is this normal? Should we change the doctor? What are his possibilities of getting vision back?

There is red colour in the right side of my eyes.it is in the white part of my eyes beside iris.what can i do to remove the redness on that white part

Lower eye lid is getting swelled up.. there is somekind of projection building up inside the lid.. its in initial stage.. i noticed the projection today only.. please help me with this.. also there is mild pain of swelling on touching lid..

Hi Sir, I just visited an eye specialist Dr.Anil Shetty at People's Mobile Hospital,Mumbai.My eyes becomes watery some times.And left eye continuosly vibrates for few seconds sometimes.I know that's a belive for something going to happen good or bad.But in my case it happens 10 to 15 times a day. So after checking up he prescribed me some medicines and a gel to apply. But what he said how to apply,I forgot that,so please help me to know how to apply this gel. ThankYou.

Hi doctors My husband is feeling minor pain and swelling in left eye. His LASIK operation was done 8 days back. Is it normal? Please suggest.

Can anticoagulant drugs lead to chemosis at my age? I am monitoring the PT-INR value to be strictly within 2 to 3. Still occasional chemosis occurs, that too when the value is at 2.5 itself. I am not sure whether it is due to the anticoagulant tablet that I am taking for my hemiplegic rehabilitation (or) inhaled corticosteroid that I take for my post bronchitis treatment.

My father is advised to get cataract surgery done. But He is Diabetic, recently sugar level was 280. So i wanna ask does he need to control the sugar level before undergoing surgery or it has nothing to do with it.

Helow doc i am facing double vision sometimes especially while looking at a object in a angle.. i visited my refractive surgeon he thought it to be restricted ocular movement and referred me to a specialist in this case who after examining me told me i am absolutely fine and ocular movement is full with no disorder.. i am attaching picture looking at 4 directions... please suggest me what to do. past medical evaluation - -> amblyopic in LE and difference of power in both eyes significantly(anisometropia) and avised for ICL..

She have high resolution specs from childhood many treatment has been done but still no one remove specs. She has to use contact lenses always which is very difficult to handle. Is it possible to remove specs and contact lenses permanently.
