What is the treatment for conjunctivitis or pink eye. My wife has had redness and teary eyes since yesterday

Is it okay for the eyes if I splash water on it everyday after filling water in my mouth? I do this every morning after waking up and am afraid that I might do more harm than good

Hit by my hand to his left eye. Due to this, some swelling and watering eye happened. Now he is fine but future I want sone medicine.

Actually I am suffering from a half side headache  with a corresponding eye from the last 6 or 7 months . I went to the hospital and the doctors checked up my eyes and my number increased and(ophthalmologist experience>30 years) and he said that you have spots on the retina in your left eye.but mostly my right eye pains.but now my left eye is also paining from last 20 days and i bought new eyeglasses according to doctors. And after wearing glasses for 2 days my eyes was okay but now again I'm feeling same pain in right eye . What i suppose to do. 🙏🙏

I have red , . Watery and puffy eyes for last 36 Hrs. No itching or pain. Initially it was only on left eyes but now on both the eyes. Pl advise .
