Eye site issue
I have a long point eye site previously. But i am an IT professional now. So i work with laptop daily. I often use phone as well. I did not get any issue till now. My eyes are good now. But that long point is still an issue for me. Can you suggest ? How can i proceed now ? Also is there any food control some thing like that

Pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination and Refraction. Pl use green leafy vegetables and fish and eggs etc. Pl reduce the screen time. Pl use lubricant eye drops. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
