My son is premie born at 34 weeks and weighed 2.45 kgs .. he was also on Cpap for 24 hours .. is ROP screening required? If yes how many screenings ?

Hello Just wanted to ask regarding eye issue i am facing Eyes feel tensed and strained all the time Tired eye muscles waali feeling all the time Feel like closing eyes humesha Burning sensation in eyes on off No redness This is happening since 4-5 days Have not taken anything Shall i take any med or ignore this, apne aap theek ho jaayega? Please advise.

My father 62 years old suffering from conjunctivitis..hot or cold compress which one is useful?? Can we added salt to it??

Hello Doctor, As part of my job, I am required to view digital screens for nearly 7 hours every day. I wear prescription glasses. However, I have been experiencing significant eye strain which is disrupting my sleep on a daily basis. This problem persists despite taking regular breaks and maintaining an appropriate distance from the screen. I also ensure that the brightness and contrast levels on my devices are adjusted to reduce strain, yet the issue continues to bother me.  Am looking for expert advice on how to effectively manage this eye strain and subsequently improve my sleep quality. If there are any specific exercises, eyewear modifications, or lifestyle changes that could alleviate my discomfort, I would appreciate your recommendations. Additionally, I would like to know if there are any preventive measures I can take to avoid the long-term effects of extended screen time. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

I got Barrage laser done for my left eye on 21st July 2023. Since then, I feel that my left eye vision is a bit blurry. I visited the doctor again today for the same and they put some drops in my left eye and they said that the effect of this drop remains for around 2-3 hours. Its been more than 6 hours now, my left eye vision is blurred. It feels like there is a layer of something on the pupil of my left eye. When I wear my specs and use mobile, it is even worse. It is very discomforting. My left eye vision is -2.50 and right eye vision is -2.75. The feeling is like having eye booger in the left eye.

My father has lense in two eyes due to cataract..bt in this season of conjunctivitis can he use refresh tears to prevent from conjunctivitis. As a pre protection..

Detected myopia in January 2023. Taking Myatro eye drop(Atropine 0.01) at night. Using glass of power 1.75 since 6months. Kindly suggest any better treatment option available for Myopia in children. How to control from increasing power. Best diet plan. Thanks.
