Eye and vision
When I see to the light or I am seeing in the sun light in left eye I am feeling pain. Right eye is ok. Please advice me.

It can be because of dryness in your eyes or eye strain Use lubricating eye drop like refresh tears 4 times a day. Get your eye power checked.

Since when you are facing this issue? May be due to eyestrain , dryness of eyes. You can instill lubricating eye drops. Consult for proper evaluation and management.

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
