Seeing light flickering..

Asked for Male, 36 Years

From 4 days I am seeing light flickering....it is for both eyes...but it is not constant for whole time...some time I see light flickering...some time not... And the reason of my this vision problem is this...when I feel angry ..I tightened my jaw and teeth...I did these kind of thing for around 2 years...6 months back I noticed light flickering...I stopped doing this...but now without doing this thing...I am seeing light flickering... Can anyone tell..has I damaged any part of my eye,which eye part i have damged.can this thing be worsen lead to permanent vision loss...or it is recoverable...
