Am having constant pain and irritation in left eye and headache from yesterday on left side, unable to concentrate and feeling tired

I have a high cylindrical Power in eyes...i have a picture of my eye prescription but i cant understand.. Help me with this...i can send u picture

I am suffering from allergic conjectivits. I want to know is it possible that after 3to 4 years it may vanishe. I have undergone treatment through 1.5 year. I've got some relief but still don't feel comfortable. I want to know any surgery or cleanliness in the eye would be helpful to me.Also please let me know any place in India treat this type of problems. I'd really appreciate if you would spare your time and please help me. Thanks :)

Hi recently I shot a sudden head ache and I visited a doctor. He checked my eye and ask me that I have -0.5 cylinder and 115 degree axis. And he suggest me a glass. Next day the hard ache is gone. Do I really need a glass?Does -0.5 cylinder and 115 axis need to be corrected with lenses? I am a software professional and using computer regularly. Please suggest.
