My wife has pain in eye can see small pimple in eye since last 2 days now eaching with pain. used retrofresh eye drop

I've a tiny boil on my lower eye lid of left eye n it's severely paining since past 3 days.. the nearby area is a bit swollen.

My right eye vision is 6 /18, can it be improved to normal by natural means ?, and not by glasses/surgery?

Hi, I was suffering with conjunctivitis. Doctor suggest me to rest at least 15 days to recover. Initially my vision is not clear. But after treating with eye drops and ointment, I'm able to see things clearly after 10 days. Now doctor said stop every drops and ointment from the prescription and continue with refresh drops only.
