Eye Heaviness in Morning
Hi..Sir actually whenever I woke up in Morning I feel heaviness in my Eyes and some swalloen in the upper side of my Eyes .. And after 4-5 hours it gets back to normal Eyes . And I feel very Awkward and my face looks Worst and Heavier in that 4-5 hours of Time . Now , please give me some Remedies to get rid of it .

Puffiness of the eyelids has a very wide range of causes.. decreased sleep, smoking, alcohol consumption, dehydration, excessive salt consumption, stress, sinus problems, dry eye, allergies. Pls consult an ophthalmologist or a dermatologist to ascertain the cause and start treatment. Meanwhile u can some of these tips: Drinking ample fluid to prevent dehydration Applying iced compresses when your lids are swollen Applying cucumber slices or chilled tea bags over closed eyes Using creams and other skin products specially formulated for use around the eyes, Reducing salt in your diet Eating potassium-rich foods, such as bananas, to eliminate excess fluids in your body Splashing cold water over your face and eyes Getting plenty of sleep and rest

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A.cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
