My eye power is Left eye -4.5D and right eye -5D.I have to appear for an exam where the requirement is stated as TOTAL MYOPIA SHOULD NOT EXCEED -6D.
Please clarify the term TOTAL MYOPIA.whether it is for each eye or the collective power of both of the eyes.Is My TOTAL Myopia -9.5D ??

You are eligible , total myopia means spherical plus cylinder , should one is having 3d spherical plus 2d cylinder in one eye = 3+ 1=4, cylinder power is equivalent as half to spherical power ..
