There was itiching in my eyes on 22 sep night,next day i went to clinc and dr.said u have sweeling,red,pain,bcz of viral infection in ur eyes,he gave me drops i used but no Relief.then i go to second clinic nd he was also specialist,his drop was nice,i was feeling better but on 30 sep,i noticed,m not seeing properly,so dr.check and said u have -4 vision in left but my other eyes is normal,dr.says continue drops for 10 oct,then i will chk again,bt i read book frm affected eyes,double vision cretd

Hello
Your symptoms are suggestive of viral keratoconjunctivitis
This happens when cornea is affected
Treatment includes long term slow tapering soft steroid like fluorometholone along with lubricating eyedrop
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share your case file so that I may guide you better
