The light looks diffracted to me. i see light at the corner of objects and especially the lighted words like of brands look double to me when i close my eyes partially...i am suffering from two months what is this.. are you able to tell my problem...

I am from South Africa but want to travel to India to get LASIK for both my eyes. And I am looking for a good doctor and hospital to go to. To help me make my decision, I have had an eye test from a very reputable local eye clinic which, the results were very positive:  my cornea is 550 microns and all is healthy regarding the optic nerve cornea, cornea pressure. I have never worn contact lenses etc, and have no glaucoma.  Is there a way I can can a better idea of the expected cost range, with this information? etc, and have no glaucoma. Is there a way I can can a better idea of the expected cost range, with this information?
